Policies

* To our clients with food sensitivities or allergies: Ivy Flavor cannot ensure that menu items do not contain ingredients that might cause an allergic reaction.  Please order with caution.

*Catering Orders: Silver Chafer rental or disposable available. There is a $5.00 fee per disposable
chaffing dish for all hot entrees. High quality foam disposable plates, utensils, napkins and serving spoons are included at a $0.50 per person charge. Clear plastic ware is available at a $2.25 per person charge. Ivy Flavor can assist you with creating a custom menu for your event or party needs including
staff, linens, and equipment.

*Deposits: A 30 percent deposit is required to confirm an event and must be paid a week prior to the event.  If event is canceled 20 percent is non-refundable.

*Delivery and Pickup: Ivy Flavor delivers throughout the entire Washington metropolitan area. Deliveries will be charged $20.

*Payments Ivy Flavor Catering accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

*Cancellations Cancellations are accepted only if made 48 hours in advance. Violations of this policy will result in full charges of the items ordered. One week notice is required for large events with no charge to the client. For event orders cancelled with less than one week notice, 50 percent of the estimated fee will be charged.

* Catered and Full-Service Events Ivy Flavor Catering can assist you with creating a custom menu for your event and all of your party needs including staff, linens, and equipment.

* Privacy Policy We will never share your contact information with anyone.  We only use your information when needing to call you about particular orders, or if you've specifically requested that we contact you.
