April Young is a food lover dedicated to bestowing a multi-faceted culinary experience to clients that enhances and awakens their culinary senses. After graduating from the University of Virginia in 2004 with a B.S. in Engineering Science, she embarked on her true passion to learn the art of cooking. Her next step was enrollment at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Washington in Arlington, VA. Upon graduating she established Ivy Flavor, LLC. April believes in utilizing skills that were taught in culinary school to develop and implement a number of culinary campaigns. Her company provides the premier culinary experience specializing in catering services and cooking demonstrations. To ignite client’s taste buds, April infuses gourmet ingredients with regional cuisines. April is a certified food handler and member of the American Culinary Federation .Our woman-owned business is staffed with chefs who proudly use the freshest natural ingredients.
